Malcolm Haddock

Malcolm Haddock is an experienced professional in the utilities and infrastructure sector, currently serving as an Advisor at TAQA Group since June 2021. Previously, Malcolm held the position of Vice President of Commercial & Revenue Management at The Red Sea Development Company for a brief period in early 2021. From August 2008 to December 2020, Malcolm worked at Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company (ADSSC) in various roles, including Regulation Office Manager and Planning and Forecasting Manager, where responsibilities encompassed regulatory business and strategic planning for wastewater infrastructure in alignment with the UAE's 2030 Vision. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Planning and Development at PT Thames PAM Jaya and Project Manager at GHD in Indonesia. Malcolm earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from the University of Strathclyde between 1986 and 1990.
