Isabelle de Lovinfosse

Isabelle de Lovinfosse serves as the Head of the Singapore program and regional diplomacy at Tara Climate Foundation since March 2023 and has been an Adjunct Lecturer at Nanyang Technological University, teaching "Energy and Environment Issues" since August 2020. Previously, Isabelle held roles such as Senior Associate for Southeast Asia at E3G, leading energy transition strategies, and Head of South East Asia COP26 Strategy at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, where strategic engagement on climate issues was managed. Additional experience includes founding NOW HOW Pte Ltd, serving as Senior Policy Adviser in various government departments focusing on climate change and renewable energy, and consulting at Ecofys. Educational qualifications include a PhD and Master's degrees from Université catholique de Louvain, alongside a visiting PhD program at the University of Chicago.
