Fiona Coughlin

Fiona Coughlin, CFRE, serves as a Board Member for Tarion since April 2023, focusing on governance and strategic direction. As the Chief Executive Officer of Habitat for Humanity Windsor-Essex since October 2017, Fiona has successfully expanded programs and established significant partnerships, including the development of Canada's first 3D printed homes, while overseeing a $5 million mortgage portfolio. Additional roles include serving on the Housing and Homelessness Advisory Committee for the City of Windsor and the Windsor-Essex Home Builder's Association, as well as holding leadership positions in the Association of Fundraising Professionals Canada South Chapter and the Downtown Mission. Fiona's earlier experience includes directing fundraising and communications at Caledon Community Services and raising funds for essential community services at the Reena Foundation. Educational credentials include an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Conestoga College and ongoing professional development in home building.
