Boaz Leshem

Boaz Leshem is an experienced leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing and operations, currently serving as AVP Head of Manufacturing Operations at Taro Pharmaceuticals since September 2019, overseeing daily operations for over 300 employees in the pharmaceutical division. Prior to this role, Boaz held the position of VP of Operations and Manufacturing at Pluristem Therapeutics from January 2018 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing large-scale cell manufacturing. Additional roles include COO at Amgal Chemical Products (1989) Ltd., Plant Manager and Production Manager at CTS Ltd., and Team Leader at Innovatech. Boaz began their career as a Process Engineer in Luxembourg. Educational qualifications include an MBA and an MSc in Biotechnology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, complemented by a B.A.Sc. in Biotechnology from the same institution.
