Ngoru Pauline (CPA-K) is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Elected Member of the National Council at Kenya Girl Guides Association since April 2022, Ngoru is passionate about promoting the integrity and development of young women through mentorship and financial services. As Chief Executive Officer at Tarpo Industries Ltd since February 2017, Ngoru has successfully transitioned the business model to focus on sales while overseeing organizational management and strategy, having secured significant contracts. Ngoru's previous roles include General Manager at Tarpo Industries Ltd and Board Member & Secretary at the Association of Women Accountants of Kenya, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing team engagement and the achievement of organizational goals.
