Carolyn J. Bogan

Carolyn J. Bogan has extensive experience in information technology and service delivery, having served in key leadership roles such as Director of IT Service Delivery at Tarrant County, Chief Operating Officer and VP of IT at the Kansas Office of Information Technology Services, and Bureau Chief of Customer Service at the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Additionally, Carolyn has been a member of the Board of Directors for Girls Inc. and held the position of Vice President of IT Service Delivery Operations at KAR Auction Services, Inc. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the University of Houston.
