Michael Ban

Michael Ban is an experienced chef currently working at Tartine Bakery and Lolo American Restaurant & Craft Bar since June 2018 and June 2017, respectively. Michael's culinary career began with hands-on experience as a Children's Program Counselor at Indiana University Bloomington in June 2016, where responsibilities included planning and leading various programs for children. Prior roles include serving as a Produce and Inventory Associate at Lunds & Byerlys in 2014, focusing on inventory management and customer experience, and working as a Grounds Crew Member at North Oaks Golf Club from 2012 to 2014, responsible for maintaining course conditions. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from East Carolina University, achieved between 2015 and 2019, and completed high school at Mounds View High School from 2011 to 2015.
