Hayley Sheppard

Hayley Sheppard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital solutions and transformation within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Solutions at TasNetworks since May 2019, Hayley also holds leadership roles in Cyber Security and Organizational Change. Prior to this, Hayley was a Transformation Director at Westpac Institutional Bank, focusing on enhancing customer experiences for Global Transactional clients. Hayley's earlier roles at Westpac included senior management positions overseeing customer onboarding and technical project management. Additionally, Hayley has held project management and planning roles at various organizations, including the Australian Red Cross Blood Service and Sherpa Systems. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, English, and Media and Communications from the University of Tasmania and a Prince2 Practitioner certification from TPG Academy.
