Mike Aho

Mike Aho is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in the television industry, currently serving as the Founder and Chief Content Officer at Apparatus TV since June 2024. As Head of Streaming TV at Tastemade since February 2022, Mike Aho oversees the production of various unscripted television series and documentaries, drawing on 15 years of experience in creating different genres, including wildlife and lifestyle series. Previously, Mike Aho held significant roles such as President & Executive Producer at Mike Aho Entertainment, Head of Unscripted at CORE Media Group, and SVP of Factual Entertainment at Shine Group. Mike Aho began their career as a Show Producer for "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" and later served as Show Runner for "Take Home Chef." Mike Aho earned both a Master’s degree in Film and TV and a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from UCLA.
