Dorai Raj is an experienced professional in network operations with over 15 years of expertise in communication technologies. Currently serving as the NOC Shift Head at Tata Communications since October 2014, Dorai Raj is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the TX & Wireline Network Operations Center and supervising NOC Engineers to ensure timely resolution of incidents. Prior to this role, Dorai Raj worked as a Manager at Tata Teleservices, handling various aspects of CDMA and GSM technologies, including development, implementation, and quality assurance of Ericsson and Huawei equipment. With a Master's Degree in Computer Applications from the University of Madras, Dorai Raj possesses a strong technical foundation that supports a successful career in network management.
