Pankaj Gupta

Pankaj Gupta currently serves as the Head HR and IR at Tata Group Company since November 2016, overseeing all facets of human resources. With over twenty-four years of experience in human resources and industrial engineering across various industries including automobile, infrastructure, and steel, Pankaj has held significant positions such as General Manager (HRD) at Jindal Stainless Limited from April 2008 to August 2016, and DGM at Welspun Gujarat Stah from September 2006 to March 2008. Previous roles include Senior Manager HRD at Ispat Industries Ltd and Deputy Manager at LML Limited, where Pankaj focused on productivity improvement and workforce development. Pankaj holds an M.Tech in Industrial Engineering from VNIT Nagpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Government College of Engineering, Amravati.
