Poornima Pandey

Poornima Pandey is a seasoned professional in the field of talent and leadership development, currently serving as Vice President at Tata Group since December 2018. Prior to this role, Poornima co-founded Raining Grey and contributed to shaping HR solutions for various clients from July 2013 to November 2018. Poornima's expertise in diversity and inclusion was evident during their tenure as Diversity Lead for South Asia at Hindustan Unilever Limited from January 2011 to July 2013, where an award-winning career comeback program was launched. Earlier career milestones include significant contributions to training and organization development at Asian Paints, as well as foundational management training at Hindustan Unilever Limited. Poornima holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Xavier's College.
