Shantanu Naidu

Shantanu Naidu is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. As the Founder of Goodfellows India since July 2021 and Motopaws since January 2009, Shantanu has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and design. In addition, Shantanu serves as General Manager in the Office of RNT at Tata Group and holds a Deputy General Manager position at Tata Trusts. Shantanu has authored books for HarperCollins Publishers India and developed a counselling platform, "On Your Sparks," to support emerging entrepreneurs. Earlier roles include design engineering at Tata Elxsi, where Shantanu contributed to award-winning automotive projects, and internships that enhanced design standards at Tata Technologies. Shantanu holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
