Vinsent Geesink

Vinsent Geesink is a seasoned management professional with a strong background in engineering and operations. Currently serving as the Department Manager HPM at Tata Steel Nederland since November 2024, Vinsent manages the Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Media engineering department, focusing on sustainability in the energy transition. Previously, Vinsent held the position of Operations Manager at Alliander, overseeing a team of 36 in the Customer and Contract department. As a freelance Project Manager from March 2019 to May 2023, Vinsent managed international projects worth up to €2 million, driving process improvements. Vinsent's earlier roles include Department Manager and Team Lead at Rademaker BV, Team Lead at VDL Enabling Technologies Group, Manager Site Facilities at ASML, and Management Trainee at ENGIE Energie Nederland NV.
