Khushboo Barla

Khushboo Barla currently serves as the Manager of HRM at Tata Steel, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Khushboo worked as an Assistant Manager at The Indian Steel & Wire Products LTD, a subsidiary of Tata Steel Limited, from June 2022 to September 2024, and previously completed a Human Resources internship at Maruti Suzuki India Limited in mid-2021. Khushboo holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounts from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi (2014-2017). Early education was completed at St. Xavier's School, Doranda, Ranchi, where Khushboo graduated with ISC in Business/Commerce (2012-2014).
