Naaz Mushrif

Naaz Mushrif is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Tata Technologies since September 2021, Naaz also holds the position of Head for Global Learning & Organizational Development and APAC HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes positions as Director of HR at Xpanxion India and HR Lead at malomatia, among others. Naaz has a strong background in organizational development, having served as Head of Organisation Development at Geometric Ltd and providing consulting and training services as an OD Consultant at AnD HR Solutions LLP. Academic qualifications include an MPM in HR from Symbiosis International University, a BA from Fergusson College, and a Bachelor of Education from Singhania University.
