Nisha Popli

Nisha Popli currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Tata Trusts since April 2024. Prior to this role, Nisha was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cuemath from August 2021 to May 2023. Nisha has also held significant positions such as Head of Human Resources at Moglix, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented to align human capital with corporate objectives, and Head of People Office for Future Group India's Small Formats. Nisha's earlier experience includes leadership roles in HR at The Smart Cube, KPMG, Grant Thornton India LLP, and EY, with a strong focus on HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development across various global locations. Nisha holds a PGDBM in Human Resource from Infinity Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi University.
