Glenn Schiavo has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Glenn started their career at The Clorox Company as a Scientist I, where they worked on special projects in the packaging group, tackling packaging issues and designing product packages. During their time at Clorox, they also obtained two patents for innovative products.
After leaving Clorox, Schiavo joined Benefit Cosmetics as a Packaging Engineer and later became a Supervisor in Packaging Testing. In this role, they developed and launched a complex laboratory management database that improved project tracking and analysis. Glenn also had global responsibility for qualifying manufacturing plants and identified and resolved quality issues in various international locations.
Following their tenure at Benefit Cosmetics, Schiavo worked at Apex Bait Technologies as a Designer, USA Productions LLC as an Event Logistics Manager and Sales Representative, and most recently at TATCHA as a Packaging Engineer.

Glenn Schiavo obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from San Jose State University between 1990 and 1996. Additionally, Schiavo pursued further studies in the same field at San Jose State University.
