Jim Procter

Jim Procter currently serves as Head of Estates and Facilities Management at Star Academies since June 2021. Prior to this role, Jim was a Partner at Workman LLP from April 2005 to April 2021, where responsibilities included team leadership on a major retail portfolio and management oversight on various landlord and tenant matters. Additionally, Jim held the position of Property Manager at Capital Shopping Centres (now Intu) from April 2001 to June 2004, overseeing properties such as Eldon Square and The Potteries. Earlier experience includes serving as Retail Property Manager at DTZ from June 1998 to April 2001, managing several key retail locations. Jim holds a BSc Hons in Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 1995.
