Rachel Depledge McIpd

Rachel Depledge MCIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People and Wellbeing and HR Business Partnering Lead at Star Academies since April 2022. In this role, Rachel focuses on enhancing the HR brand image and creating exceptional stakeholder experiences. Previously, Rachel worked as an HR & People Adviser and Equality Trainer at One Education Ltd, providing strategic HR support across schools in Lancashire. Rachel's earlier experience includes leading a team at Peninsula Business Services as an Advice Team Leader, delivering comprehensive HR and employment law advice. Furthermore, Rachel has a background in sales and consultancy, demonstrated through roles at Nigel Lynn Associates and Berkeley Morgan Plc. Educated at MOL College Manchester with a fully qualified MCIPD in Human Resources Development and holding a BA (Hons) in English Language & Literature from The University of Manchester, Rachel combines a strong academic foundation with significant practical experience in the HR field.
