Shawn Geard

Shawn Geard is currently serving as the City Centre Infrastructure Lead at Tauranga City Council since May 2024, following a tenure as Senior Project Delivery Manager at Vitruvius from May 2022 to May 2024. Prior to these roles, Shawn worked at WSP in Australia & New Zealand as a Civil Engineer from November 2015 to May 2022, contributing to significant projects including the Waterview Tunnel and the Auckland City Rail Link C3 tender design. Shawn's earlier career includes positions as a Civil Engineering Technician and Assistant Civil Engineering Technician at Opus International Consultants from January 2011 to November 2015. Shawn's education was completed at Pukekohe High School.
