Danny De Graaff is a Soil & Groundwater Consultant at TAUW Nederland since November 2019, specializing in soil and groundwater remediation, conceptual site models, and in-situ (bio)remediation plans for various sectors, including the petrochemical industry and governmental organizations. Prior experience includes a PhD Researcher role at TU Delft from May 2015 to June 2019, focusing on biological wastewater treatment and the impact of saline water on treatment processes. Additional experience encompasses an R&D Internship at Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant, where Danny developed a biocatalytic process and conducted laboratory studies, and teaching chemistry and biology at Lyceo. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MSc in Environmental Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, as well as a BSc in Life Science & Technology from Leiden University.
