Susanne Boon

Susanne Boon is an aquatic ecologist at Tauw Nederland since June 2015, providing practical advice for maintaining healthy aquatic ecosystems and water quality to water managers, municipalities, and businesses. Previous roles include trainee at Tauw, where experience was gained in spatial planning, development, and ecology, as well as ecological detachments at various water authorities, including Waterschap Drents Overijsselse Delta and Waterschap Rivierenland. Susanne has also evaluated swimming water locations for Hoogheemraadschap van Delfland and worked at laboratories focused on food quality and safety. Susanne holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Science in Soil, Water, and Atmosphere from Wageningen University & Research.
