Thijs Bloo

Thijs Bloo is a professional with extensive experience in the fields of chemistry and environmental management. Currently serving as an intern Milieucoördinator at TAUW Nederland since February 2023, Thijs is involved in developing an environmental care system that includes ISO 14001 and the CO2 prestatieladder. Prior to this role, Thijs worked at CCIC EUROPE Food Test B.V. from May 2018 to January 2023 as a Medior Chemist Analyst and Technician, where responsibilities included overseeing daily progress, supporting team analysts, and conducting various chemical analyses in compliance with ISO 17025 standards. Experience also includes positions as a Chemisch Analist at Ausnutria, where Thijs contributed to the certification for ISO 17025, and earlier roles as a Milieukundigbegeleider and biogas analyst at Dumea. Thijs began the career as an environmental worker at Felua-groep, focusing on waste management and regulatory compliance. Thijs holds MBO degrees in both Food Technology and Environmental Technology from Groenhorst College.
