Laura Riveros

Laura Riveros is a financial professional with extensive experience in various financial roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Financial Analyst at Tavistock Development Company since July 2024, Laura previously worked as an Investment Analyst at Cordia UK, where responsibilities included developing financial models for Build To Rent (BTR) developments. Prior to that, Laura was a Partner Agent at The Property Experts, conducting over 200 residential appraisals and achieving over £10 million in property sales through a strategic go-to-market approach. Laura also held the position of South America EB-5 Investor Liaison and Financial Analyst at Christian Tyler Properties, where involvement included supporting the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Earlier career efforts included a role as a Finance Assistant at the University of South Florida, collaborating on financial transaction reporting. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Business & Finance from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Florida.
