Cecile Clerc

Cecile Clerc is an experienced professional with a strong background in organizational support and development, currently serving as the Director of Organisational Support & Development at Tax Justice Network since September 2024. Prior to this role, Cecile held a position as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the European Network on Statelessness from March 2024 to September 2024 and served as the Director of Development & Partnerships at Minority Rights Group International from March 2007 to August 2024. Additionally, Cecile worked as a Senior Fundraiser at SCOPE from August 2005 to March 2007 and as an European Program Officer at Halton Borough Council from July 2003 to February 2004. Academically, Cecile holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in European Law from The University of Manchester, a Postgraduate Degree in European Policy from Institut D' Etudes Européennes, and a Diploma in Political Science and Government from Sciences Po Lyon.
