Olga Resetnaka

Olga Resetnaka is a seasoned UX Writing Lead at MyOffice, where responsibilities include creating UX writing guidelines, mentoring fellow UX writers, and incorporating UX writing into design processes since November 2020. Previous roles include UX Writer at MyOffice, Technical Writer at Colined, and Principal Writer at GET Information Technology, where Olga developed a wide range of marketing and user onboarding materials. Experience as a Copywriter at WonderBrains and a Content Manager at Festagent further strengthened expertise in content creation and digital marketing. Olga holds a Master of Arts in New Media and Digital Culture from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Practices and Public Relations from the University of Bedfordshire, alongside studies at Latvijas Universitate.
