Alexandra Otilia Felea

Alexandra Otilia Felea is a seasoned recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at both Taxfix and Tribe.xyz since December 2023. Prior to these roles, Alexandra led the talent acquisition team at Kellogg Company from March to December 2023 and served as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Microsoft from September 2021 to January 2023. Alexandra's career began at Mantu, where various positions were held from March 2016 to August 2021, including Recruitment Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager. Early experience also includes a role as a Customer Care Advisor at Vodafone and Assistant Manager at Leasing Financial Liad. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology, both from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA).
