Laurie Dreyer

Laurie Dreyer is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Principal and Chief Development Officer at Taylor-Design since April 2018, Laurie previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Harris & Associates and Director of International Human Resources at Stantec, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions outside North America and talent acquisition. Laurie's experience also encompasses significant roles at Anshen+Allen as Principal, HR Director at Psomas, and VP of Human Resources at Gensler, where emphasis was placed on recruitment and corporate learning programs. Laurie began a career in HR and facilities management at The Ratcliff Architects. Academic credentials include a BA in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
