Edward (Eddie) LaFetra is an experienced professional in land development, currently serving as the Land Development and Entitlements Director at Taylor Morrison since December 2023. Prior to this role, Eddie held various positions including Sr. Land Development Manager at M/I Homes, Inc. from December 2021 to December 2023, and Land Development Manager at both PULTE HOME CORP and KB Home. Eddie's expertise encompasses project management, vendor engagement, and corporate risk assessment. Additionally, Eddie owned EWL Services Group, LLC, providing consultancy services to land developers and municipalities from 2011 to 2014. Eddie is a graduate of Lenape Valley Regional H.S.
