Fred Miller

Fred Miller currently serves as the Vice President of Land Acquisition at Taylor Morrison since March 2020. Previously, Fred held the role of Vice President of Land Acquisition at Lennar from July 2017, where responsibilities included executing a five-year land strategy for the Orlando North Division following the Cal-Atlantic merger. Fred's experience in land acquisition also includes positions as Director and Manager of Land Acquisition at Beazer Homes, where strategic planning and market analysis were key tasks, and a brief tenure as AVP Branch Manager at Shea Mortgage. With a foundation in mortgage planning and operations management, Fred built strong relationships with real estate professionals in Central Florida throughout various roles, starting from early career positions in mortgage lending and business development. Fred is an alumnus of Rollins College, graduating between 2000 and 2005.
