Kent Lay

Kent Lay currently serves as Division President at Taylor Morrison, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Kent was the Owner of Lay Consulting, specializing in homebuilding and real estate consulting from July 2011 to February 2013. Kent's extensive experience in the homebuilding industry includes a significant tenure at Beazer Homes as Sr. Regional President, overseeing operations in multiple regions including Denver, Colorado Springs, Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, and a joint venture in San Antonio from January 1999 to July 2011. Kent Lay holds a degree in Finance from Arizona State University.
