Mike Moyer

Mike Moyer is an experienced professional in land development and project management, serving as Vice President of Land Development at Taylor Morrison since May 2014, where responsibilities include coordinating property development and overseeing engineering and planning during the entitlement process. Prior to this role, Mike worked as a Project Manager at Waldrop Builders, managing production operations and customer experience in real estate investment. As Managing Member of Sela, LLC, Mike launched and grew a multi-million dollar real estate investment and development company. Additional experience includes roles at Hoover's Inc. and Dell Host, focusing on business information consulting and sales management, respectively, and as Territory Sales Manager at Dell Inc. Mike holds a degree in Business Management from Concordia University Texas.
