Rachael Thompson

Rachael Thompson has a diverse work experience that includes roles in marketing, human resources, and administration. Rachael is currently the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Taylor Regional Hospital, where they started in February 2023. Prior to this, Rachael worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Toyotomi America from March 2021 to February 2023. Rachael also served as a Human Resource Analyst at Toyota Boshoku America from September 2020 to March 2021. Rachael's earlier experience includes working as an Administrative Coordinator at CENTRAL KENTUCKY COMMUNITY ACTION COUNCIL, INC. from November 2018 to September 2020.

Rachael Thompson completed their education at various institutions. Rachael obtained a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Campbellsville University, studying from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from Campbellsville University, completing their studies in 2020. Additionally, Rachael has an Associate of Arts - AA degree from Elizabethtown Community and Technical College, completed in 2015.

Moreover, Rachael has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In June 2023, they completed the Elevate Kentucky - Leadership Kentucky program offered by Leadership Kentucky, Inc. In February 2023, they received certification from the Fair Chance Academy, provided by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Lastly, in June 2021, they successfully completed the Leadership Lebanon program administered by the Marion County Chamber of Commerce.
