Penny Pau

Penny Pau is a seasoned professional in the field of quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Cambrex since its acquisition of Avista Pharma Solutions in January 2019. Prior to this role, Penny held multiple positions at Avista Pharma Solutions, including Director of Quality Assurance, Director of Business Process, and Director of Analytical Services, contributing to a diverse suite of services in drug development and manufacturing across various laboratory locations. Penny's extensive experience in analytical services began at AAIPharma Services Corp., where responsibilities included Associate Director of Analytical Services and Supervisor/Manager of Analytical Laboratories. Penny holds a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
