Troy Ponto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance management and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Management Consultant at TBM Consulting Group, Troy evaluates and improves Maintenance Departments, focusing on implementing industry standard KPIs and fostering a culture of reliability. Previously, as Associate Director of Maintenance at Chewy, Troy established a Reliability Centered Maintenance program. Troy's leadership roles also include Vice President of Operations at Laminate Works, where a plantwide transformation was executed, and Regional Manager at Amazon, where significant operational achievements were accomplished. Early career experience includes high-level positions in maintenance and asset care at Quanex Building Products and Advanced Technology Services, along with a distinguished tenure as a Flight Engineer and Gunnery Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Troy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautics with a Minor in Management from Embry Riddle University.
