Roland Ariens

Roland Ariens has extensive experience in project management and team coaching, currently serving as a Projectmanager at TBV Wonen since May 2024. Prior roles include Teamcoach and Projectmanager at Tiwos from July 2021 to May 2024, and various leadership positions at Woonbedrijf from December 1996 to July 2021, including Vastgoedontwikkelaar and Hoofd Vastgoed. Earlier in their career, Roland served as Projectleider at Bureau Verkuijlen BV and BV Architectuur & Stedebouw, and as Projectontwikkelaar at Noviplan Projectontwikkeling. Roland began their professional journey as a Tekenaar/Bestekschrijver at Architectenbureau Panis. Educational qualifications include an NLP Practitioner certificate from Capital Heroes in 2019 and formal training in civil engineering from HTI Bouwkunde and MTS Bouwkunde.
