Victoria Dolan

Victoria Dolan is currently a Trustee at TCS Education System. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Transformation Officer at Colgate-Palmolive from November 2008 to March 2018. In this role, they led the company's integrated, category-driven strategic planning process and enterprise transformation efforts to support the delivery of sustainable peer-leading growth and financial results. Victoria was also responsible for designing a new operating model and leading a seven-year, $1.3 billion restructuring program that delivered $500-$575M in after-tax savings annually. Additionally, they led the CEO's Executive Operating Committee responsible for strategy, investment allocation, business development and other critical enterprise-wide initiatives. As a key member of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee (including cyber risk), Victoria regularly attended and presented to the Colgate-Palmolive Board of Directors and its Audit and Finance Committees.

Prior to their time at Colgate-Palmolive, Victoria served as the CFO for International Lodging and Marriott Vacation Club (MVCI) at Marriott International from January 2000 to December 2008. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of financial management for Marriott's international lodging businesses and MVCI. Victoria also oversaw the finance organization for Marriott's international lodging businesses, which included hotels in Europe, Asia Pacific, Canada, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Before joining Marriott International, Victoria held various finance positions at The Coca-Cola Company from January 1990 to December 2000. Victoria began their career as a Finance Manager at ARCO Chemical from January 1985 to December 1991.

Victoria Dolan attended the University of California, Los Angeles for their undergraduate degree, where they studied economics. Victoria then went on to get their MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, with a focus in accounting and finance.
