Carly Turrell, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Urb-it since September 2022. Previously, Carly held roles including Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Movianto and SODEXO GLOBAL SERVICES UK LIMITED, and HR Business Partner at Kindred Nurseries and CSG Consultancy. Carly's experience in human resources encompasses advisory and management functions, as well as skills in disciplinary processes, grievance management, mediation, and coaching. Academically, Carly holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management from Milton Keynes College and an LLB in Law from the University of Northampton.
