Chandra S Venkataraman is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in leading global teams and implementing client initiatives across various industries, including insurance, banking, and healthcare. Currently serving as a Program Manager and Delivery Partner at Tata Consultancy Services since January 2018, Chandra has successfully managed multi-year programs with budgets ranging from $5M to $50M, focusing on Agile transformation, governance, and risk compliance. Previous roles at UST Global, IBM, and other organizations have involved establishing program management standards, delivering complex programs, and achieving significant process improvements. Chandra holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from The George Washington University and an MBA in Information Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Madras.
