Chris Gilligan

Chris Gilligan is an experienced professional with a robust background in government affairs, communications, and media relations. Currently serving as the Government Affairs Lead at Tata Consultancy Services since August 2022, Chris drives market development efforts in the U.S. Previously, Chris held the position of Government Relations Manager at Conduent, overseeing government activities across approximately 20 jurisdictions and providing strategic advice on political navigation. Additionally, Chris served as the Foundation President at Conduent, enhancing community relations through engagement with local organizations. Earlier roles include corporate communications positions at Xerox and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, as well as extensive experience in journalism as a state capitol reporter and bureau chief. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Xavier University.
