Jet Miedema

Jet Miedema has extensive experience in the insurance and customer service sectors, currently serving as Life Specialist at Tata Consultancy Services for Reaal since October 2023. Previously, Jet held the position of Life Specialist in Customer Service & Operations at Athora Netherlands from April 2021 to August 2024 and worked at Reaal from May 2013 to April 2021 as a contact center employee, responsible for supporting partners and customers in matters related to life insurance. Jet's earlier career includes various roles at Unive-VGZ-IZA-Trias, including Trainer and Project Coordinator, focusing on service quality and employee training in health insurance. Starting in retail at Combi Foto Hommema as Saleswoman and Business Manager from April 1991 to August 1999, Jet has built a solid foundation in customer service and management. In addition to practical experience, Jet possesses a diverse educational background featuring multiple Wft certifications and a degree in HBO Opleidingskunde.
