Saji Joseph

Saji Joseph is an experienced professional in the field of talent development and learning management, currently serving as the Head of Learning Partner Relations at Tata Consultancy Services since May 1997. Joseph's extensive tenure at TCS includes multiple leadership roles such as Head of Learning Platforms, Head of Special Initiatives in Talent Development, and Global Relationship Manager. Prior to TCS, Joseph worked as a Senior Engineer at Aplab Limited from November 1993 to May 1997. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Govt. Engineering College, Thrissur.
