Saloni Shah

Saloni Shah is an experienced professional in Human Resources, with a focus on Total Rewards and Talent Management at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Saloni has held multiple leadership positions, including Head of Total Rewards and Talent Management, Head of Compensation & Benefits for TCS UK & Ireland, and Lead Total Rewards. Earlier in the career, Saloni served as a Specialist in Compensation and was involved in various Talent Management initiatives, as well as functioning as an HR Business Partner. Saloni completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Mithibai College between August 1998 and March 2003, and attended Children’s Academy from 1994 to 1998.
