Caitlyn Pace

Caitlyn Pace has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as a Terminal Manager and previously as an Operations Manager at TCW since June 2018. Prior to this role, Caitlyn worked as an Expert at RGIS, focusing on inventory measurement and proficiency with RM2 BT Imager. While attending the University of Arkansas, Caitlyn contributed as a Student Ambassador, facilitating communication between tutors and appointments while also training peers on the appointment system. Early career roles include a Laundry Assistant at KFB Events, where event setup and linen maintenance were key responsibilities, and a Cashier at Tom Thumb Supermarket, known for efficiently handling transactions and delivering excellent customer service. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Arkansas, earned in 2018.
