Katie Lord

Katie Lord is a seasoned professional in vendor management and project execution, with extensive experience spanning multiple companies within the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Vendor Management at TD since May 2021, Katie previously held roles such as Project Manager at WEX, where significant improvements were made in customer service operations and agent performance. At Unum, both as Director of Technology Strategy and Director of Enrollment Strategy, Katie provided strategic leadership that enhanced technology solutions and increased voluntary benefits enrollments across regional sales teams. Earlier experiences include managing compliance projects at Aetna related to the Affordable Care Act and developing operational practices at Voya Financial. Katie holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of New England.
