Kathy Crusco

Kathy Crusco is an experienced board member and financial executive with a strong background in audit and governance. Currently serving as a Board Member at TD SYNNEX since September 2023, Kathy holds multiple board positions, including Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at Acumatica and Bonterra, and Board Advisor at Corel Corporation. With extensive experience in strategic roles, Kathy was a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at Code42 until December 2023 and has also contributed to Duck Creek Technologies and Poly in various capacities. Previously, Kathy served as Chief Financial Officer at Kony, Inc., leading financial operations for a prominent cloud-based application development company. Kathy Crusco earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Chico, between 1983 and 1987.
