Adam Sanders

Adam Sanders is a seasoned professional in nonprofit management and the arts, currently serving as a Consultant at TDC since June 2021. Previously, Adam held the position of Managing Director at Commonwealth Shakespeare Company, overseeing daily operations and driving the organization’s strategic vision from February 2011 to September 2021. Adam's diverse experience includes roles as Associate Artistic Director and Academy Director at Commonwealth, where responsibilities encompassed directing various outreach and training programs for young actors. Additionally, Adam has extensive experience as a Freelance Teaching Artist and served as the Associate Director of the Sorenson Center for the Arts at Babson College, fostering innovative programming in the arts. Academic credentials include an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, a MA in Theater Education from Emerson College, and a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
