Karlina Millers

Karlina Millers, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, BBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Thermo Design Engineering Ltd since September 2020. At Thermo Design Engineering Ltd, Karlina manages HR functions to enhance strategic impact both domestically and internationally, covering areas such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. Previously, Karlina held the position of Director of Human Resources at JATEC from May 2014 to September 2020, overseeing HR services across multiple divisions in Canada and ensuring staff training and leadership development.
