This includes spearheading digital transformation initiatives, managing financial planning and accounts, addressing legal and secretarial matters, monitoring investment performance, conducting internal audits, handling procurement and administrative tasks, and ensuring robust IT systems. They also focus on shariah compliance and developmental issues, sublease management, corporate communications, HR, risk management, integrity, compliance, and sustainability, ensuring overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
